Course Overview
Our PAL course is the first step in acquiring your PAL license and involves 8 hours of detailed instruction. Throughout the course, you will have plenty of opportunities to handle deactivated firearms and ammunition, ensuring you gain practical experience in a controlled environment.

Youth Participation
Youth aged 12-17 can also take the PAL course and obtain a Minors PAL. This is a great opportunity for young enthusiasts to learn about firearm safety and responsibility under expert guidance.
Important Disclaimer
Please note: If you have taken the PAL course previously, you do not have to take it again. Please contact the Chief Firearms Officer at 1-800-731-4000 for a copy of your past PAL certificate. It is NOT NECESSARY to take the course a second time. You don't need to pay for it again.
